Refund & Cancellation Policy

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions; Refund and Cancellation Policy: "Applicant", “You” refers to the person visiting this website and is compliant to Elets Technomedia’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Our” refer to Elets Technomedia.
  •   The Applicant is eligible for a refund if payments are cancelled for any reason within 24 hours of his/her transaction. However, the company shall have the right in our sole discretion to decline the request for a refund.
  •   In the case of any services which are partially used, no Refund request will be approved in such cases.
  •   Chargebacks: Contact Elets to resolve any problem or issue related to your application and payment before you make any Chargeback request to your bank. The company will investigate your Chargeback requests and in response will inform your issuing bank whether any services have been canceled.
  •   Duplicate Transaction/s: This issue will be addressed by Elets in line with our policies and rules.
  •   In case the Bank Account appears to be debited, ensure that the Applicant does not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact Elets via e-mail or any other mode of contact as provided by the company to confirm payment.
  •   Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days from the date of your refund request.
